To be used as A PAINT ADDITIVE to increase adhesion of air dry paints to previously painted layers. NOT a substitute for Primer.
Because vinyl is a petroleum product, water-based paints and mediums generally do not adhere well. The same goes for baked polymer clay. This product solves the problem of getting air dry paints such as WaterBorne © paints to apply smoothly and adhere permanently to these surfaces. WaterBorne © Adhesion Medium is a white fluid that can be added full strength directly to your diluted paint mix in the palette. DO NOT ADD TO THE ORIGINAL BOTTLE OF PAINT as it may cause unwanted clumping of the paint in storage.
