To be used as A PAINT ADDITIVE to increase adhesion of air dry paints to previously painted layers. NOT a substitute for Primer.
Because vinyl is a petroleum product, water-based paints and mediums generally do not adhere well. The same goes for baked polymer clay. This product solves the problem of getting air dry paints such as WaterBorne © paints to apply smoothly and adhere permanently to these surfaces. WaterBorne © Adhesion Medium is a white fluid that can be added full strength directly to your diluted paint mix in the palette. I recommend a ratio of 1:1, no more. DO NOT ADD TO THE ORIGINAL BOTTLE OF PAINT as it may cause unwanted clumping of the paint in storage.
