WaterBorne® Soft Matte Varnish provides a clear, soft matte finish for WaterBorne® Air Dry Doll Paints.
Use as a final protective finish when a natural, softer slightly matte appearance is desired. Can be mixed with Ultra Matte if you want. Works well over dried Baby Pore Texture.
Air dry. Do not heat.
