These are matte vinyl paints in a wide range of concentrated colors specially selected for dollmakers, especially reborn artists. Thin with distilled water or SloDri fluid. Air dry or use your heatgun to dry layers and details extra-quick so you can move to the next layer. **NO BAKING REQUIRED** Compare the cost of WaterBorne paints to other air dry paints on the market :)
YOU MUST PREP THE VINYL or (baked polymer clay) BEFORE PAINTING! Without a proper prep coat on bare clean vinyl, failure is likely. No amount of “sealing” the paint will work if the paint isn’t sticking in the first place. I recommend WaterBorne Clear Base Coat and Surface Prep.
Mixing colors is similar to Genesis paints. I designed the Pre-Blended range to approximate the colors we are used to in GHSP. Application is also similar. I use the same types of brushes and honeycombed sponges. The paint should be dry enough to root the doll and finish final details in about 24 hrs to 36 hrs.
Please read instructions before proceeding with WaterBorne paints!! Paint can be removed with water within a few minutes of painting, but becomes permanent after drying for a few hours. Your mileage may vary.

starter kit for painting
The starter kit is perfect. Everything already mixed all you have to do is concentrate on doing your baby and not mixing everything up. It a challenge enough for painting the baby without having to hope you mixed enough for the part you are doing and if not trying to match the fist one.

Best air dry paint out there!!!
I was very sceptical about replacing my miracle blend air dry paints since they are discontinued, and I actually thought about switching back to heat genesis but with research I came across waterborne air dry reborn baby paint. It was the best switch and decision I have ever made! One drop of paint goes a long way and has way more coverage than heat genesis paints. They dry super fast and I was able to apply more than one coat within a half hour. After 4 layers of skin tone this doll is finished vs genesis 14 or more layers. I am absolutely thrilled to find this product and you have a customer for life! This paint does not disappoint!!! Thank you so much for this incredible paint!

Waterborne Pre-Blended Colors
I am a new reborner learning how. Using these paints has made the process so easy for me. I love the colors as they are very “true”. Looking to buy more. I am in love with the “purple undertone wash” as this gives the skin tone even more dimension.
