#1 Size Foam Head Armature

#1 heads are very small, circumference of 8 inches (20cm).  (about the size of a small pear)  Suitable for sculpting a micro-preemie size baby.  Matching body armature would be Size #1

These foam armatures are made to shrink to about 1/3 original size during baking.  I suggest you use a minimum clay thickness of 3/8 inch to give enough strength to the finished sculpt.  It will be hollow when the armature shrinks.
